Your child's class teacher should always be your first point of contact if you have any questions, concerns or information you wish to share. You can contact your child's teacher via Class Dojo or by telephoning the school office to arrange a call back. As staff are often teaching throughout the school day, they may not be able to respond immediately; however, they will get back to you as soon as possible. To support staff wellbeing and maintain a healthy work-life balance, Class Dojo is monitored between 8.15am and 3.15pm, Monday to Friday during term time. Messages sent outside of these hours, including weekends and school holidays, will be responded to when staff return to work. We aim to respond to all messages within one working day. We are committed to maintaining respectful and constructive communication at all times and kindly ask that all correspondence remains polite, considerate and courteous. By working together in a positive and supportive way, we can continue to provide the very best experience for every child.
